Waiver; Acknowledgement: Patrons expressly waive all claims in law or in equity related to attendance at the Fundraiser, and agree to hold the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, the Emerging 100 of Atlanta, and each entity’s affiliates, vendors, agents, members, contractors, and employees harmless. Patrons are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, social distancing, and masking, and understand that by voluntarily attending the Fundraiser the risks involved with contracting COVID-19 or other sickness may be heightened.

I accept the waiver and acknowledgement provisions set forth herein. I agree that the waiver and release terms—and all other Fundraiser requirements—have been communicated to anyone on whose behalf I am purchasing tickets to the Fundraiser ("Other Attendees") for, and such waiver and release terms have been expressly accepted by such Other Attendees.

Limitation of Liability and Waiver: I acknowledge that I (and any Other Attendees) understand that, under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering the premises associated with the Fundraiser, if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. I am aware that I am assuming these risks when entering the premises associated with the Fundraiser.
